Life’s stress may cause feelings which take over your emotions, your mind, and your body.
You will often feel “jittery” and unable to think clearly. You may not want to be around others. These feelings may cause you to isolate from your family and friends. You may not feel safe and secure. Each person is unique and may experience anxiety in unique ways.
Some will experience symptoms in the body: chest pain, body aches, brain fog, trembling, headaches, fatigue and weakness. Emotions experienced may be: fears, being overwhelmed, mood swings, anger, frustration, and a variety of emotions you normally do not experience. Your mind may experience: difficulty thinking or focusing, loss of memory, nightmares/bad dreams, difficulty with routines and loss of pleasure in activities you normally enjoy.
Problems with sleeping and eating. Problems with your relationships. The list goes on and on…. If you have some of these symptoms and others do not hesitate to contact a counselor for evaluation. Getting help is the first step in getting better and finding peace in your life.
You are important, and life should be enjoyed! Make the call today!
